Subpoenas

Due to the nature of ParentScope’s services, we may be subpoenaed from time to time regarding the information of our users.

ParentScope complies with all subpoena requests to produce records issued pursuant to a court order and that comply with the Nevada Rules of Civil Procedure (NRCP) or other applicable procedural or substantive rules. ParentScope will follow Nevada law, unless otherwise required by law applicable to the litigation. We reserve the right to evaluate each individual case to determine our legal obligations and the appropriate response. We also reserve the right to invoice the requesting party, pursuant to Nevada law, for any time and expense for responding to a subpoena, and, in some cases, may require prepayment of those invoiced expenses prior to releasing records.

Due to our privacy policy, you will not receive private Personally Identifiable Information (PII) beyond the names of the users under the requested family account. Some records may only be available in electronic format and, if requested, may require delivery by electronic means and specific software or systems to view; ParentScope is not responsible for providing the requesting party with any software or systems to view same, nor are we responsible for any additional costs associated with receiving or viewing electronic records.

ParentScope makes no warranties, representations, statements or guarantees (whether express, implied in law or residual) regarding the website, the information contained on the website, you or your personal information, or material and information transmitted over our system via hard copy or otherwise in connection with information provided in response to a subpoena.

All subpoenas issued pursuant to applicable laws and properly domesticated (if necessary) may be served via email to subpoena@parentscope.com. Any questions regarding subpoena compliance may also be directed to this email address.
